Revision call
We go through the draft together — questions, concerns, recommendations, and any final adjustments.

The finished PDF, incorporating that conversation.

Delivered in 3–4 business days for Basecamp, 5–7 for Traverse, 7–10 for Summit. Expedition is scoped individually at acceptance.
Finalizing call
We go through the first draft together and talk through what to adjust.
Final copy
The refined itinerary, incorporating that conversation.
One revision
Over email or comments — a quick call only if it's really needed.
Final, final PDF
The document you'll actually travel with.
Anything beyond this — a new region, extended length, or a conversation after you've received everything — is a paid Extra Revision or Extra Consultancy call.

Genuinely new work — a new destination, an extended trip, a different route entirely. Paid, whenever it's needed, before or after final delivery.
Extra Consultancy
A 30-minute call for anything after your final PDF is delivered — a pre-departure question, or talking through a change you're considering. Paid, and always after delivery, never a gate before your included revision.
